Tara’s
Though she began making jewelry, it grew into a unique and compelling passion, then she started designing a bag that would reflect her special taste for accessories. With a dream to continue a tradition that was almost lost in Mallorca.

Trained in her own Atelier, Tara learned from a local Artisan in the Leather Town  of Inca, Mallorca

Together they started by developing a handbag based on the traditional Mallorcan basket, an Icon bag in the island, turning it into a classy and colorful leather basket for her first collection in 2011.

 Tara Salgado´s design interests are global. Her designer Bags fuse Craftsmanship, Quality & Design, resulting in breathtakingly unique works of art with the Made in Mallorca stamp as a must.

Tara is devoted to the development of both her fashion lines: her stylish contemporary handbags, and her fine collection, Unique Edition.

In addition to handbags, Tara´s brand includes shoes, scarves, specially-designed Menorquin jewelry, small personalized leather pieces, and a wide range of Hotel & Restaurant decor.
